Happy-Go-Lychee

Ingredients:

• 1 oz pisco 
• 1/4 oz Chareau aloe liqueur 
• 1/4 oz lychee liqueur 
• 3/4 oz lime juice 
• 1/2 oz rose petal syrup 
• 1 1/2 oz sparkling Le Grand Courtâge Rosé to top 

Preparation: Shake all but wine with ice and strain into chilled coupe with cucumber ribbon then top with wine. Add cucumber and lychee garnish.
