4 Dia de los Muertos Cocktails with Mijenta Tequila

Life Is Like A Movie

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 oz Mijenta Reposado⁠
  • 1 oz Nixta Corn Liqueur⁠
  • 1 oz Spiced Coconut Milk⁠

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass with large ice cubes. Garnish with caramel corn.⁠

 


 

Escondido Highball

Escondido High Ball

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Mijenta Tequila Blanco
  • 3/4 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3 oz mango soda (e.g., Spindrift)

Preparation: Shake all ingredients but soda with plenty of ice, strain into a highball glass with fresh ice and top with mango soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

 


 

Avocado Smash

Avocado Smash

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Mijenta Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz avocado puree*
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur

Preparation: Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a black salt rim. *Avocado puree: 1 small avocado, 2oz lime juice, 2oz Simple Syrup.

 


 

Jalisco Glare

Jalisco Glare

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Mijenta Blanco infused with jasmine green tea
  • 1 oz St-Germaine
  • 1 oz fresh squeeze ruby red juice

Preparation: Shake all ingredients, serve into a highball glass filled with ice, top with Fever Tree tonic. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
