Sagamore American Rye Winter Mule
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Sagamore Spirit Signature Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 oz. Ginger Beer
- Sage Leaves for garnish
Preparation: Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Sagamore Spirit Signature Rye Whiskey, cranberry juice, lemon juice and maple syrup. Top with ginger beer and give a slight stir to combine. Garnish with a sage leaf.

Tenjaku Whisky Japanese Fall Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Tenjaku Whisky
- 2 parts apple cider
- 3/4 parts simple syrup
- A few dashes of bitters
- Apple or orange slice garnish
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with apple or orange slices.

Starward Australian Apricot Sour Whisky Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Starward Nova
- 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/8 oz. Orgeat
- Lemon Wedge For Garnish
Preparation: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
