Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Hatozaki Whisky
- 1/4 oz. Amontillado Sherry
- 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
- 4 dash Molasses Bitters
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill, strain into.

- 2 oz. Cardenal Mendoza
- 1/2 oz. Cardenal Mendoza Angelus
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Bitters
Preparation: Stir well and pour over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and 2 cocktail cherries. Enjoy!
