- 1 1/2 oz. Dewar’s 12-Year-Old
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Vanilla Bean Syrup
- 2 tsp. Fig Preserves
- Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé
Preparation
- Shake ingredients (sans bubbles) and strain into glass over fresh ice.

- 3/4 oz. Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane Liqueur
- 2 tbsp. Hot Buttered Dram Batter*
- Top with Hot Water
Preparation
- Add ingredients to glass and top with hot water.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Hot Buttered Dram Batter*
Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 lb. light or dark brown sugar (replace up to 1/2 lb. with confectioner’s sugar)
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
- Add butter, sugar and spices to a stand mixer or mixing bowl and combine until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Store covered in the refrigerator.
