These four cocktails use coffee or black tea to give you a little extra pep while you celebrate!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Mozart Chocolate Coffee Liqueur
- 4 oz. milk
- 1/2 oz. amaretto
- 1 tsp. of caramel syrup
Preparation: Heat the milk, caramel syrup, and amaretto. Pour into a glass suitable for serving hot drinks. Add Mozart Chocolate Coffee and stir well. Top with whipped cream and decorate with ground coffee beans.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. El Dorado 8 Year
- 3/4 oz. Rapa Giovanni Cherry
- 1/2 oz. Mr Black Coffee Liquor
- 1/2 oz. Averna
- 1/4 oz. Rocket Fuel (Rocket Fuel is a cold brew concentrate from Sweetleaf in Greenpoint)
- dash Rum Fire
- dash Cardamom extract
Garnish: Shaved nutmeg
Glassware: Coupe glass
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice. Shake until cold, serve up.

- 2 parts Tosolini Expre Coffee Espresso Liqueur
- 1 part Koskenkorva Vodka
Preparation: Put all ingredients into a shaker, shake well. Pour into martini glass and garnish with chocolate drizzle. Top with milk foam.

French Chai Toddy

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
- 1/2 oz. Vanilla Liqueur
- 3 oz. Heated Black Chai Tea
- 1/2 oz. Cardamom Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Almond Milk
- 2 dashes Cocoa Bitters
Preparation: Make chai and stir in the syrup bitters and almond milk, ensuring the liquid is piping hot. In a heat safe glass, combine the tea with the spirit and stir to combine.
