DRINK OF THE GIANTS

Ingredients:

• 2 OZ REDWOOD EMPIRE EMERALD GIANT WHISKEY
• 3/4 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
• 1/2 OZ MAPLE SYRUP
• 1/2 OZ ORGANIC EGG WHITE

Preparation: Dry shake ingredients vigorously, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe and serve.
