The Remy Double Red
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Remy Martin 1738
- 3 oz. strawberry tea
- 3 oz. Telmont Champagne
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 3-4 basil leaves
Preparation: Add all ingredients except champagne in shaker tin with ice. Pour into Collins glass over ice. Top with Telmont Champagne.
