Today, February 27 marks the second full moon of 2021 and National Strawberry Day. We are bringing you two cocktails from Hendrick’s Gin, in honor of the stellar celebrations with their newest expression, Lunar. Bask under the moon’s glow and instill calmness with one of these strawberry-inspired cocktails.
Strawberry Moon Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 part Hendrick’s Lunar
- 1/2 part Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/2 part Lemon Juice
- Top with Club Soda
- Garnish with Strawberry Slices and Cucumber Slices
Glassware: Wine glass
Preparation: Build in a wine glass over ice. Lightly churn and garnish

- 1/2 part Yellow Chartreuse
- 3/4 part Lemon Juice
- 1 part Strawberry Syrup
- Club Soda
