Sofitel New York, the stylish Midtown hotel with a decidedly French accent, is strutting the best of its end-of-summer-stuff with a Shaken Stiletto cocktail in honor of the wildly successful Kinky Boots on Broadway.
Fans of the huge-hearted hit can head to Sofitel’s Gaby Bar for a pre- or post-theater sip of this cocktail, featuring hints of cucumber, mint and raspberry. And a Kinky Boots cocktail wouldn’t be complete without a red glitter sugar rim. The Shaken Stiletto is available through the end of September, 2018.

The Shaken Stiletto
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Ketel One Botanicals Cucumber & Mint
- 1/2 oz. Raspberry Puree
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Preparation: Coat glass rim with red glitter sugar. Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with mint.
