Thyme Bar, the cozy hidden cocktail lounge in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron
premiers a brand-new menu. Nestled in a historic pre-war cellar beneath 23rd Street, Thyme Bar’s dim-lit interior and intimate seating make for a perfectly romantic evening.
Beverage director and acclaimed mixologist, Jeremy Le Blanche, has launched a new “Thyme Bar Experience” with an eye-catching and elegant five-course Apéritif and Winter Menu, including elaborate libations and delicate bites. Guests can enjoy cocktails like our Drink of the Week, The Queen of the Night, the Light Opium, and Trumpet of Death.
The Queen of the Night is a part of the “Le Jardin” cocktail menu, inspired by classic cocktails with elevated mixology elements and presentation to create an artistic new iteration of the classics. The Queen of the Night is made of cognac, coffee Liqueur, Guinness reduction, and cold brew. Check out Thyme Bar’s Menu HERE.
